Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotations issued and transport coordination services provided by Titan Cargo Ltd to business customers. They do not apply to consumers.

Quotations are based on the information supplied at enquiry stage, including weight, dimensions, access and timing. Where the actual requirement differs from that information, the price and vehicle allocation may need to be revised.

Movements are arranged subject to the standard trading conditions applying to the service. The conditions, including liability limits and insurance arrangements, are confirmed with your quotation. Contact us if you need a copy before placing a booking.

Payment terms and account arrangements are agreed in writing before work begins and are set out on the quotation and invoice for each movement.

Where a booking is cancelled after a vehicle has been allocated, or where a collection or delivery cannot be completed for reasons outside our control, charges may apply. Any such charge is confirmed with you before it is raised.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
