What is the difference between dedicated and same-day?

Same-day describes the timescale; dedicated describes the vehicle. Most same-day movements are dedicated, but a dedicated vehicle can also be booked for a future date when the load must not be handled by a network.

Can a dedicated vehicle make multiple drops?

Yes. Sequenced multi-drop runs are common on installation and rollout work. Send the drop list and we will plan the order and the timings.

What size vehicles are available?

From small vans through Luton and box vans, 7.5, 18 and 26 tonne rigids to articulated vehicles. The vehicle is chosen for the load, the access and the offload method.

Is the load insured in transit?

Goods in transit cover applies to every movement. Tell us the value at enquiry stage if the consignment needs cover above the standard limit and we will confirm the arrangements in writing.
