Terms and conditions
The basis on which Titan Cargo Ltd quotes for and carries out transport work.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the collection and delivery details supplied at the time of enquiry — postcodes, timings, weight, dimensions and offload method. Where those details change, the price may change; we will tell you before the work proceeds.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once you accept the written quotation. Access restrictions, booked delivery slots, site rules and offload arrangements must be advised before dispatch.
Waiting time and access
Free loading and unloading time is stated on the quotation. Where a vehicle is delayed at either end beyond that period, or is unable to access the delivery point as described, additional charges may apply.
Carriage and liability
Work is carried out under the RHA Conditions of Carriage unless a different basis is agreed in writing. Higher-value loads can be covered on request — tell us the value before the movement so cover can be arranged.
Cancellations
If a job is cancelled after a vehicle has been assigned or has begun travelling to collection, a charge may apply to cover the vehicle time already committed.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on the quotation or agreed as part of an account. Invoices are issued after completion with proof of delivery attached.
