What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, company, email address, telephone number and the details of the movement — collection and delivery postcodes, dates, load description and any handling requirements you tell us about.
Why we collect it
We use these details to quote for the work, to arrange and carry out the transport, and to contact you about that job. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to third parties beyond the carriers and drivers who need them to complete your movement.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and job records are kept for as long as we need them for operational, insurance and accounting purposes, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will respond.
